We used Phillips Roofing on our new home to replace the old roof, and they did an excellent job and were very professional, and responsive to calls and paperwork. The price, product and underlayment process was what it should be with 50% overlap, (which was surprisingly not specified in other quotes).
After the first job was done, I then asked them for an inspection of the house I was selling, to get an idea what would happen at buyer's inspection, ( thinking my 24 yr-old roof was still in great shape ---- because we never had a problem with it).
