I had an appointment with Cassandra Burrell regarding my ear, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was professional, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.

Really poor service for our child. We were referred here by our doctor because our 3 year old was snoring. We wanted to have tonsils and adenoids examined. The doctor walked in, took a quick look at our son, didn’t even offer to scope (nasopharyngoscopy), and gave us a dismissive, “his tonsils are fine.”
A year later, with better insurance, we got a second opinion where they did a proper exam—80% obstruction by our son’s adenoids. Fraudulent place, I was billed for a service I had done during a consult but was never informed of the significant cost. When I spoke with the manager she said the staff does this all the time because it is a benefit of my insurance, but my insurance only paid a portion. Apparently the initial paperwork you sign before you are seen allows them to charge you for any procedure. I should have said no to having this done but I trusted my provider during this visit, that was a mistake.
