For personal reasons, I prefer not to have male doctors, but there were no female ENTs covered by my insurance. From the very first appointment, Dr. Rodriguez was extremely understanding, respectful, and professional about this. On surgery day, he made a genuine effort to honor my wishes and align his team accordingly, which made me feel comfortable and cared for.
My deviated septum surgery could not have gone better. Dr. Rodriguez and his team have been outstanding every step of the way, and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. I would absolutely recommend him.
I went to my appointment earlier today. I went to give them the cash I brought for the copay and they said they only accept cards. Didn't have enough in my checking account to pay via my card. They would not take the cash so the front desk lady told me I had to reschedule the appointment so that I could pay you in my card before I could get my results for my CT scan. I called later to get a copy of my CT scan. I spoke to Amy in billing about my circumstance. She talked to Norma, the manager, and Norma got me a new appointment for tomorrow and she will let me pay cash. Thank you Amy and Norma for taking very good care of me!!
This place is AMAZING! My daughter has to get weekly injections for her allergies. We had been going to a different place for a bit and it was TERRIBLE. I called around desperate to find a new allergist. I found ADOBE ENT and it has been nothing but the best experience. My daughter has been going there now for about six months and we are ALWAYS greeted by name. The wait time in the lobby is so quick and the charm and joy from the staff is just the best. It makes it really helpful when your daughter who is still a young child doesn’t mind going to get her two shots every week because she just loves everyone there. she loves how fast it is.
