Oh my goodness I could go on about this place forever! From the second, I got there they were super efficient. I had the same two girls working on my head the whole time, I felt very prioritized and it went by very quickly. I also LOVED how they were very intentional about how they were doing my hair to make sure it was the same if not better than the reference photo. I will come here from now on every time I wanna get my hair braided!! The best experience 🤍

I had a great experience at this salon. The customer service was excellent and they were very attentive. Overall great results as well with my braids.

Took my daughter here a couple times. My daughter has lots of thick curly hair and all the stylists would do is complain about how her hair is too much. The very last time I went there they complained and made a fuss about it we just left and didn't even bother getting my daughter's hair done. It was so uncomfortable. If you work at a salon and you complain about doing pls hair you need a new career. If someone goes to a salon to get their hair done don't make them feel uncomfortable for wanting their hair done!!

Just wow . Wowowowowow . Walked in she asked what I wanted I said cornrows my hair is very short I know that but they could’ve went about it better. She’s says “with hair like” then all the ladies in the shop start laughing ???? One comes over to look at my hair and I ask what’s so funny and she acted confused. MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 4 THEY DONT ACTUALLY TRY TO DO MY HAIR UNTIL I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE FINALLY THEY STARTED AROUND 6 PM….. just to tell me it’s too short to do. Thanks for wasting my damn time and my damn money yall freaking suck

I have a crazy work schedule, so it’s very hard for me to make appointments in advance. After some quick TikTok searches for braiders in Phoenix, I saw someone mention this shop. I checked out their media pages, and saw that they took walk came in on a Saturday around 12:30, and the shop was lively. I was greeted immediately, and I waited for only about 30 minutes before someone started on my hair. I went the small boho knotless, and I purchased my own hair. I believe they provide hair but they do encourage to bring your own. I had two (Fatu & Esse) and even three braiders at one point working on my hair. I thought how awesome it was that they all work together and they constantly checked in with me to make sure I was okay. The vibes in here were immaculate— you can tell that everyone just genuinely enjoys what they do. They were talking, laughing, dancing, and it was honestly very beautiful to see! Near the end of my visit, the owner came over and asked me how my visit was, and that was just cherry on top. I was be coming here for braids for this point forward, but I’ll be sure to make an appointment next time, and I recommended you do too, as it was very busy on the Saturday I visited, so I’m sure I got lucky lol. They also offer more than just braids; I saw a few people getting sew ins and loc maintenance as well, so check the website for all they offer. I won’t lie, I paid $400 for my style, so it is on the pricier side, but I’m okay with paying extra when I know that this is the service I’m getting. They really built my trust! As soon as I left the shop, I had to go to fry’s and got complimented on my hair immediately. It safe to say they bodied it!!

They were able to fit me in last minute, which I really appreciated! I asked for braids with a sew-in in the back, and they were super accommodating. They even offered me water while I was there. The price they quoted was very affordable, and the owner made sure I was happy with the style before I left. Chelsea was my main braider, and she did a great job!

I’ve been to this place twice and each time my hair was not done properly. I have loc extensions and I also had a consultation before booking with them to make sure they could help. I have sister loc with extensions and my extensions were not installed properly. The first girl did an ok job but only fixed a few and did not even touch some of them causing me too need another retie and maintenance within 3 weeks. The 2nd girl screwed up my hair so badly that my locs are not only falling out but pulling out my real hair as well due to how heavy she made them!!! I’m furious and now having to pay additional money to get them fixed yet again. After paying them 350 plus tip for my hair each time. I also got my son hair done and they did a horrible job as well. He got an retweet and two strand twist and charged 200. My son did not like the two strand twist and wanted them out they refuse to take them out. Instead of them saying they cant help or assist they pretend they can help to get money out of you! I’m furious. My hair has fallen out on the sides and in the middle causing me too have bald spots! I don’t recommend

Neferti Hair Braiding salon is amazing. They really took care of me. I had some doubts on what I wanted and they guided me. I have corn rolls and they looked amazing. Blandine took really good care of me. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. I paid $70 USD and it was more than fair. I will definitely come back whenever I need to braid my hair again.
