As a female, I am paranoid of being "taken" when it comes to things I know less than nothing about. Mark Williams is a gem. Trustworthy and responsible. In other words A+++ and 10 star rating.
Mark is EXCELLENT!! My son had two total loss car accidents. We needed to get all of the audio equipment uninstalled too. Mark does it all!! Mark worked around a time sensitive situation to schedule an appointment when we had access to the vehicles. Mark met us at the collision centers. Mark salvaged everything down to all the cables and wires so my son wouldn't have to replace anything that was still working. Mark is very professional and great at what he does!! I would recommend him to everyone and will continue using him for our audio needs.
