Alex is incredible. Really! We were super frustrated to have a leak in our pool and watched our water usage skyrocket. I hate wasting water, especially here in Arizona!
He answers immediately or calls back right away and he was able to talk me through exactly what the issue was and found it almost immediately when he came out. He had even more recommendations on how to ensure our pool was running at optimal levels, as we had some bubbles in our return line. He talked through how to adjust that as well.
He quotes lower than the other companies and does what is necessary to get it done.
I recently had a water bill that was 26,000 more gallons than the previous month. With no visible leaks on the property, the pool became the primary suspect.
