From the owner Kelley Electric Lighting & Design Inc. Brent P. was never a customer of mine, he would not be able to produce a contract that all my customers sign, before I start work on a project, Not enough help hog wash, I arrived on Wednesday and He wouldn't sign the contract and pay the up front costs for his project, which was emailed to him, he said he wasn't available that day to sign. so i said i could complete the job on Friday but i needed the contract signed and material cost paid before i start work. which is standard practice when not dealing with the HOME OWNER . Friday came i showed up at the house he never answered his phone, and called me at about 6pm asking me why i just didn't do the work.
