Right at the first introduction to the Crew doing the job I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to cleanliness. Both of them actually wiped their shoe soles on my welcome mat to make sure their shoes were clean prior to entering the house. They did this every time they came into the house! They took great care in describing the process and what it would cost and treated my house as if it was their own. I was absolutely floored because the company we had called prior to them was such a disaster. This new crew came in, assessed the plan, articulated the plan to me very clearly and what it would cost, and then I gave them the obvious go ahead to proceed....read full review
