Rocco came out this morning for a scheduled semi-annual service. Absolutely awesome technician. He thoroughly cleaned out my attic and outside gound units and was able to illustrate exactly where a known (but previously undiscovered) leak was coming from. I have had 5 or 6 other companies come out to work on my AC and Rocco had the problem identified within minutes. He has absolute top knotch technical knowledge and displays the highest level of professionalism. I received a thorough and excellent report of my system which included pictures and performance data. I can't say enough good things about both Rocco, and Innovative Air!
Used Ralph to do a Ring doorbell and several Ecobee thermostats installs last week. He was prompt and did a great job. He figured out the issue I was having with the Ring installation and suggested an easy solution. Came back after I purchased the part and had it working in 20 minutes.
He is very knowledgeable, communicative, and even made some suggestions on how to use the thermostats.
Definitely would recommend him. And, was very reasonable on the price he charged. Far less than most.
