The amount of pills you gave me plus the milligrams and the cc that I got of the Toradol did nothing. All of the pharmacies are closed early because of the Super Bowl so I got no medicine and because I’m 263 pounds and you only gave me 1 mL of Toradol I couldn’t sleep all night. My foot continued to go up and got worse. I had to go to another urgent care in the next day and got the proper medicine. They gave me 60 cc Toradol and gave me 50 mg of yin and a higher dosage of prednisone for fraction of the cost so not good. It was a waste of time and it was misery for 24 hours because the physicians assistant did not listen to me nor take in any effect that I am 5 foot 11 263 pounds that’s what you give a toddler for Toradol so it was a waste of time very miserable, absolute miserable. I could not sleep with a throbbing and raising of my foot all night long so I’ll never come back there so no thank you and it’s maybe sometimes you could look into the difference between someone’s weight and also what they really need. I appreciate the people coming out to give the wheelchair to me and picking me up that was fantastic. You guys are the best there other than that. No thanks ever again.

I went to this urgent care because I could not breath and the medical assistant told me I could not breath because I was “choosing not to”. Her recommendation to me was “to choose to breath”. I was also nauseous and when I told her this she said “ew don’t throw up on me.” I was delirious from lack of oxygen and could barely talk. The medical assistant also told me “I was fine and there was nothing wrong with me because I was choosing to hold my breath”. It was not till after I fainted on the table that they decided I really was sick. My father was with me and asked if I was ok and the medical assistant said “yeah shes fine shes probably just faking.” The doctor was helpful unlike her and advised me to go to the hospital. However as I tried to leave for the hospital the waiting room staff insisted I wait in the lobby to sign paperwork. I waited in line to sign my paperwork while still not being able to breath. I desperately wanted to go to the hospital but they kept insisting I wait and I almost passed out. I was later treated for pneumonia with sepsis at the hospital. The doctor here was very helpful and kind but his staff almost killed me.

I was happy with my visit to HonorHealth Urgent care. The wait was not long, and the nurse and doctor listened to me and took my condition seriously. Dr. Cui was friendly and had great bedside manners. The prescription I received seems to be working well for me. Highly recommend this clinic.

Not a good experience! The total lack of caring and communication was amazing. I’ll be seeing another doctor to get help.

My son broke his arm and they took great care of him. Every person we had contact with was so good with him and helped him stay in good spirits. The wait time wasn’t bad either.

I went in around 6pm for not only myself but for my son too. As soon as I got done checking in I was called back and seen by a Dr. The Dr was so sweet and understanding he really took the time to take care of both of us and answered all of my questions.
