Kenny came and checked out our washing machine. The news was bad, but he had some great info and advice on how to proceed. The visit/diagnostic was affordable ($95) and the appt was two days after I called. (I called Herb's based on a review I saw on Facebook - so glad I did!) Thank You!

Brian came to our house after hours to investigate the problem with our appliance. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Even after a long day of work, he was at the top of his game. Highly recommend.

Could not recommend more highly. After a few painful encounters with warranty-assigned repair companies, I asked for local recommendations on my Ring app and it is clear to see why more than one neighbor recommended Herb's. Brian took time to diagnose the actual problem I had with my dishwasher that no one else had done before, and made sure it was completely repaired, including an additional visit as needed. He is honest, enjoys his job, and honors his father doing it. If you are into gardening and plants, expect some fun conversation as he is also quite the connoisseur.
