The employees are absolutely wonderful and kind. The issue with my visit has nothing to do with my service, but rather the lack of employees scheduled. There was 1 girl scheduled for the entire store, henna, register, and everything. She was running back and forth having to juggle everything. During tourist season and spring break is not the time to have 1 person on the clock at a time
Today I worked with Addie, She was so willing and patient with me, explaining All the important stuff I needed to know to use their products. She also gave me a killer deal! I’m going to use the products when I get home and even if I don’t like them, I will certainly be coming back to shop here because the customer care is impeccable. Thanks Addie!
Most of the clothing in this store was a bit on the frumpier, loose style in terms of their dresses. Not much variety of colors either. I did find some cute tops though that had a somewhat better selection of colors to choose from. They do have a decent choice of incense sold here. Store is easy to walk around. Accessible entrance and accessible parking mall-front.
