I truly can’t express enough how much I love green zone fitness. Sara and Ryan have created such an amazing space. As someone who was always afraid of big gyms and was always unsure of how to use machines properly to actually see progress when my sister told me to sign up and told me about how everything works I knew I had to try it! I’ve been addicted since! I love the community, I love the hands on training, I love the progress I’m seeing! I love everything about green zone! Starting my morning there makes my day! Where to begin with this review? Let me start back to 30 years ago. Why there, well I joke lying blame my weight gain on my soon to be 30 year old son. I have have struggled that long. I have joined several gyms and weight loss programs only to start out two to three times a week and within in a month I have gone to barely going. Then it takes me a year to cancel the membership. I am almost to 100 classes with Sara and Ryan (husband and wife duo). I have tried every kind of workout/diet. Keto, orange theory, class pass, kickboxing, cycle bar. I truly have only seen results from when I started coming here. If you need modifications they will assist you. This gym is the least non judgmental gym I have been to and so excited to continue to grow ?️‍♀️?️‍♀️
