We recently had issues with our 12 year old water heater and water softener. The wonderful folks at Forrest Anderson sent a man out the same day that we called to scope out the problem. The extremely helpful man drained the water out of the water heater and turned off the softener so the water would stop spewing out. (Both are located in our garage). The next day they had a technician come out replace the water heater and repair the softener. They also suggested some improvements, adding a pan and drain pipe, should something like this happen in the future. Couldn't ask for a better ending after a very worrisome homeowner problem occurred. Good people, very knowledgeable and hard workers.
