Everyone there was professional and knowledgeable, from the doctor to the sales reps. Extra kudos πŸ‘ to the doctor because, well, he's the doctor. Every frame there was brand names, so pricey for sure. This was my first time in a lens crafters, I guess thats how they all are. Overall a great experience.

Not only are the optometrist wonderful here, but the front of the house does a tremendous job as well! So many awesome styles to choose from, & the willingness of each person to help you choose that perfect for you! Shout out to Rachel for repairing my chewed up Rx Ray Bans too! You are a legend in my book! I appreciate you all! Thanks so much for everything again!

Dr Trinh was very pleasant, patient and took time to discuss the results of my eye exam. Would definitely recommend Dr Trinh.

The doctor was cool however I am very particular on people touching my face. I’m an esthetician and my skin is very sensitive especially when being touched in my face which the doctor did frequently. He also put his finger in my eye unexpectedly to adjust my contacts I wasn’t particularly comfortable with that either. I have vision insurance and my insurance covered my visit my co-pay is suppose to only be $30. However, I came out of pocket $95 that I now have to get with my insurance company to see if this was an accurate charge. I was told that it was a fee for the training of contacts this was never discussed that it was not covered by my insurance or I had to pay this out of pocket. The training also was not worth $85. All the girl did was show me a video and I put the contacts in my eyes. It took less than 5 minutes so why am I being charged $85 for basically watching a video I could have watched on YouTube. They did not have any contact solution in stock I was suppose to get that with my contacts. Their system was also down so no purchases could be made. I ended up having to order my contacts from 1800 contacts which was 20% cheaper than what they were charging. After these occurrences I am not sure if I will return back I believe I am going to look for another optometrist in my network. My boys are suppose to come here as well. All of our appointments was scheduled the same day, thankfully my boys cancelled their appointment or that would have been $300 out of pocket no one was aware to pay for verses the $90 the insurance company said we are suppose to pay since it’s $30 co-pay.
