they do a good job but today was an acceptation. I had a 6pm appointment and the office was closed prior to 6pm. they even sent me a reminder text and a missed appointment text. i called them 3 times and no answer and the lights were all off and cars were all gone. they had a bs note on the door saying they had too many patients and it was for their safety. the office was locked and dark, no one in site at all. whoever was running the practice this evening had no common courtesy to call or text anyone back and let them know they would be closed. i got off work early and rushed down to make my appointment. i was there 3 minutes before 6pm.
I am visiting from out of town and my four year old became really sick. This walk-in was closest to my location, and still open at 8:15 at night. THE ENTIRE STAFF was amazing. They were so calm and comforting to my sick child, answered all my questions and never once made me feel rushed or anything. They were extremely thorough in making sure my child was getting what was needed to make him feel better. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate feeling so cared for in a completely unfamiliar town and setting.
