Phenomenal experience . I made an appointment and got in after only 5 minutes. Front staff person was great. The medical staff were professional and the doctor was thorough and nice. They even gave me something for nausea right there. Above and beyond an average urgent care visit. The Banner system is excellent.
First time taking my toddler to a Banner Urgent Care. It was very easy to set up appointments online and waiting time was not so hard or long. Person in the front desk was very polite, respectful and professional. Nurse and attention physician were also very professional and helpful. I totally recommend this urgent care and staff. Thank you for helping my daughter feel better and confident being there.
Got an appointment within thirty minutes of my call was seen right away and my problem solved expeditiously. Dr. Followed up with a prescription in case it happened again. I was in and out within thirty minutes. Great experience.
