I have my endocrinologist at this location. This is the best experience ive had with Banner Health. I love Dr. Rong Guo, she takes the best care of me. I always feel like I am heard with my concerns, and she always makes sure Im getting the best care. I love the office staff as well, everytime someone walks in they communicate that they will be right with you and in a timely manner. Theres never a time ive really had to wait. Always a great experience with this location.
It was a great appointment. I didn't have to wait long before I called back. And it didn't take long before my doctor came in to see me. He listened to my complaints and, he gave me a prescription of exactly what I needed and we also setup an appointment for a follow up appointment. Then I was finished and I got to go. My appointment only took about 10 - 15 minutes thank you Banner and Dr Mahoney.
The pharmacy is the best around. Accepts all kinds of insurance and contacts you about refills before they are due. They even looked up my insurance before I got there and had it processed. Unlike Walgreens that couldn't get my insurance to work even when I handed them my insurance card.
