I've seen Aimee for massages for a while now, and she is amazing. My back pain has cleared up completely, and when I injured myself and needed some help with my iliotibial bands, she knew exactly how to help stretch them out. I can't recommend her enough.

I’m an active adult (Masters Swimmer, golfer, do physical work in a Metal Shop, etc.) that had a substantial shoulder surgery. In my recovery (following all the PT and then having Accupuncture, chiro, and even PRP) I was still having problems with range of motion and pain. I began to see immediate improvement after just one session with Aimee and continued progress to where my shoulder and activities are unrestricted and painless. She has kept me in the pool, on the playing fields and just enjoying daily activities. I can’t thank her enough and am grateful for her interest and care and giving me my active life back.
