Super pleased with this company and my repair! They were able to come to me at work and pick up my laptop. He walked me through the process and explained what piece he had to order and how long it would take. He was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. The repair was a better $ value than some brick and mortar repair shops as well, which was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

@ Your Service Techs have been handeling our IT needs at #dsmichaelfurniture for over 5 years now. We are always impressed with their attention to detail and kid gloves type mentality. If we ever have a problem or we're in need of a new solution we know who to call.

Ben is awesome. Our store was broken into and vandalized. Our video security system was damaged. Everyone or company I called wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to just come out and couldnt do so for a week. I happen to find Ben searching online and when I called him he happened to be 5 minutes away (speak of luck and timing) and came directly and fixed our problems. He is professional, knowledgeable and best of all affordable which is big for a small mom and pop shop. Highty recommend him and will use him again if the need arises.
