We were really happy with his service. Josh not only told us about the issue with our air conditioner, but showed us the issue and explained it. We were so impressed with him and his service that we contracted with him for a two year service plan. We overpaid him by 20.00 on his last call, Josh noticed it after he had left, he took the time to turn around and return the money! Great service! Great person!! We are very happy we found him!
