Brooks A/C is very customer oriented, friendly & professional!! Thier technician Brandon was out at my house within 1.5 after I called Brooks A/C, He was very nice, knowledgeable & friendly, courteous & took care of my HVAC in a timely manner. I called about 7 different places and no one would come out to look at our rv air conditioner in morristown but when I called Brooke's, the owner was very nice and said they would at least come out and look at it. Although they couldn't come out the same day, they arrived here the next morning at 7am. Our technician was Brandon and he made sure to Inspect each peice Individually to find the problem. He found a tiny burnt wire and fixed it for us rather than just checking the main components and telling us we needed new one. I appreciate the prompt service and thorough job for an affordable price. Brandon should get a raise.Service: AC repair

Hands down the best and friendliest HVAC experience I've ever had. Clearly the other reviews you see here are only the 5% of people who have abnormal stuff happening to them. I truly believe a vast majority of their very happy customers just don't leave a review to talk about their good experience. Well I am!Spoke to Art to get on their schedule and it was the very next morning Brandon was able to come out and fix me up.Whole process went easy and smooth and Brandon was a very nice guy to have come out and work on our system.I will always be recommending these guys first
