Love doctor Sims however trying to get a appt is horrible waiting on hold over a hour to try to get a appt because anytime I use the call back feature I don't get a call back. However I do love the doctor and his sweet attitude.

Dr. Stephanie Warrington is very kind and caring with all of her patients! Being my sister (Dr. Phalke)'s great friend, she took care of me so well and understood my needs with my breathing! I thank you so much! Definitely I would recommend her and if you live in Virginia to see my sister! They are the best ENT specialists you will ever want to ask for

I have no idea why there are bad reviews. From my greeting at check in to seeing the doctor was pleasant and smooth. The nurse cared about me, not my insurance card. Dr Chapel gave me not only an exam, but a reassurance that there are still doctors who care about the patient, not just the paycheck. Thank you.
