A little over 2 hours to get an eye exam and order frames. The lack of communication was frustrating as I sat for almost an hour before I was even seen in the 1st exam room. No actual doctor on site. Have to wait to be connected with one in the second exam room which is partly what is dragging out the wait. The staff was mostly nice and very apologetic about the wait. Finally get done with second exam, pick out my 2 frames and sit to wait for the girl whose supposed to check me out and have me on my way. My ankle is broken and im working on crutches. She finally makes time for me and sits down at the desk across from the one im at and says you can come over here. Doesn't offer to take the frames or anything. Just stares me down and waits for me to gather everything and hobble over with my crutches. Honestly was the tipping point. Everyone else prior to that had been super nice and helpful and mindful of the fact that im literally handicapped. And she couldn't even bother to take the frames. If my current glasses weren't broken and I quite literally NEED new ones, I would have walked out. After I pick up my 2 pair in a couple of weeks, I wont be returning.

Eye doctor dr Ibrahim is always in a rush and seem to honestly care about his patient . Wasn’t in his offer 5 mins and was pushed off to another office. Staff and everyone else was nice, the actual doctor. The worst I’ve ever dealt with. Definitely don’t recommend this office at all!

Excellent Customer Service one of my best experiences at any one of their locations their assistant manager Matt was wonderful. He really took the time to help me pick out my frames. He did a great job explaining the benefits of the additional features available. He didn’t make me feel bad at all, which I did come within the last hour and he took his time. I didn’t feel rushed. I loved it. I would definitely come here again.

Not a fan. I would like dr to actually be there in person. I would feel more comfortable and on top of that the WAIT time cause there is no dr actually present was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Honestly don’t think I would come back. And then we lost connection with the dr. Just didn’t like it at all. I prefer to have my dr that I am paying for to actually be there. Last time for me to come here.

Going back to LensCrafters, very unprofessional staff especially the gal that hands you your glasses when they are ready. They chit chat rather then treat you like a customer no smile just gossiping all ten minutes I was there. My glasses didn't fit, way too big and she left them dirty ugh. This was Friday at 630pm so I guess they had a bad day!

The Doctor was great! The young lady that helped size my glasses great. Who ever answers the phone POOR! I had my exam on April 4th I called April 14th they said the glasses would be there the next day I call April 15th My glasses will be there the next day. I don't understand why it takes so long to get glasses back and then when you ask them a question their response is well do you want to refund! Why would I want a refund when I've already done the eye exam paid for my glasses already and just waiting. And they're not cheap My visit there was not cheap and to be treated so rudely on the phone with do you want to refund! I've been going there for years and that was very rude to ask me do I want to refund....

I received new glasses through the VA that were delivered my mail. After wearing them, I soon developed a sore spot. I went to another company and was turned away. Matt & his team at America's Best help me out with an adjustment without question. I highly recommend this place for your needs. I surely will return for sunglasses. Thank you Matt!
