Woo hoo, I bought my house a new roof! After dithering for far too long, I got a great recommendation from a friend and called Mike Domstead, 602-432-8733, at 1st Class Foam Roofing, . I can't think when I've had a better commercial experience. Mike was prompt and always available, gave me a detailed proposal and contract with what I considered a fair price, oversaw the efficient tear out of the old roof and build up of the new one, and made so sure the cleanup was perfect that I canceled my yard service for the month. Even though our foam roof is still in very good condition, Mike gave me some great maintenance tips and the name of a metal fabricator to extend the rain spouts. I will definitely be calling on 1st Class for my next foam coating seal!
Mike explained things about my job that 2 other Companies did not. It wasn't something I asked for but was extra info that made a difference to me and my job. From first phone call to finishing up of job his crew was very professional!!Highly recommend them!
