Wow! The customer service was top-notch! Craig went out of his way to provide knowledge and assistance with our AC with a no pressure experience. Thank you Craig, I now have my AC guy.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars! I called Craig on a Saturday because our A/C had stopped working and our house was at 90+ degrees. And he answered! Not only that, but he really cared about our problem. Based on my experience with our 20-year old units, I had gone ahead and ordered run capacitors from Amazon, hoping I could just swap them out and that would fix the problem. When I asked Craig about that, he helped me through the process and spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with me, having me check various parts of the A/C unit to make sure it was working after I had replaced the parts.
