Precise Air & Heating is a locally family owned HVAC company. Ken diagnosed the problem, repaired it the same day, and explained thoroughly what he was doing. He was amazing, very professional, and honest about work being done. Ken took the time to show issues with the system and knew right where to look to fix the AC and what to look for if the problem happens again. The AC went out late evening/night, and the company squeezed them in last minute. Early morning, a text with an arrival timeframe was received, and Ken arrived and repaired the AC. It is working wonderful. The company is highly recommended, and they will recommend it to neighbors. A+++ rating.
Had a/c checked by Precise Air to see why it was shutting off so soon after about 5 min and why it was so humid in the house. The settings in the thermostat were adjusted, system checked, condensate drain line cleared, and added safety flow switch. Excellent customer service and Ken did a great job! Recommend this company highly!
Absolutely amazing service! Our AC unit was running but we had no air coming out of the vents, and the house was getting uncomfortably hot. Ken came out, quickly figured out the problem, and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes!

We were having issues with our A/C unit we called Precise Air & Heating scheduled for a technician to come out the next day. The technician Ken arrived was very friendly I explained the issues we were having with the unit and he was very knowledgeable and told us what it could be causing the issues. He inspected the unit and told us what the issues were in detail and gave us options to what could be done and we decided to get the work he recommended done he even gave us a discount. Ken was great and knowledgeable solved our issues with our unit thank you.
