“I'm taking a break from my treatment at Desert Hand and Physical Therapy in Gilbert to visit my family and friends in San Diego, but I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. When I first arrived, I was dealing with a hand/wrist injury from an accident in January that severely limited what I could do, and was really painful. Through their knowledge, encouragement, and the tools they've used throughout my treatment, I'm already in a much better place than when I started.

One of the biggest wins for me is that I'm now able to do everything with my right hand that I could do before the accident with hardly any pain. Getting back to that point has meant everything.

What's impressed me most is that everyone here genuinely cares. They listen, educate, encourage, and help me stay focused on progress rather than frustration. A special thank you to Desirae, Josie, Matt, Katie, Natasha, and everyone else on the team who has helped me along the way .

“I’ve been to Spectrum Spine & Sport 5 times now for 4 separate back surgeries. They have been wonderful to work with & change my therapies to match my circumstances. Each time I’ve healed & been able to get back to my active life at almost 67.
I give a huge shout out to Dr Melissa as she has faithfully worked with me & supported my healing process. She’s an amazing person & an awesome Dr who cares about every aspect of my life! I can’t thank her enough.
Also, a big thanks to Robert as I’ve received dry needling that has propelled my healing journey. He’s a wonderful therapist who cares about my needs. (And puts up with my teasing!)
