Been treating at this practice since January post surgical operation on my foot. All of the staff and therapist are top notch. Facility is clean and they are flexible with appt scheduling. My condition has continued to improve week over week thanks to the skill and dedicated focus of the team. A well deserved shout-out to both Cameron and Kevin for staying committed to the plan of optimal recovery of their patients. It's worth mentioning that they also stay on top of their accurate billing, which is appreciated. I have another surgery scheduled for later this year and even though OSR Gilbert will be a 45 minute drive from my house, I still plan to return to this practice...read full review

I have now been to the OSR office on Val Vista twice. Once for a shoulder issue and this time for neck issues due to an accident. I will not go anywhere else. Cameron takes his job seriously and wants you to get better. Their job is not to keep you coming long term but to see you improve and feel better. They give you the exercises to do at home to help your progress. I can't say enough about the staff. Cameron, Jennifer,Tim, and Cheyenne thank you for the caring and kindness you show your patients on a daily basis. MUCH APPRECIATED

First of all - atmosphere! Lovely. Makes me want to get back to the gym ASAP!! Second of all - PT and techs - wonderful people with great bedside manner and a truly caring attitude. I used to think physical therapists needed to have an evil side to do what they do (ouch!!!) but not this time!! What is this wonderful feeling of getting stronger without experiencing so much agony!? Thankful for this place!!
