Gus was very communicative and handled conversations with my HOA, which made my life so much easier. He also provided the most affordable proposal, compared to a couple of other well-rated companies in the area. Install took 5 or so hours, and the crew cleaned up after.

119 degree days are enough to bring out the weakness in any usually reliable Air Conditioning unit. The compressor on ours sprung a refrigerant leak and shut down. I called Gus at HEAC panicked by the promise of more extreme heat. He was very responsive and was able to locate a new compressor. I expected he would try to sell me a new unit or at the very least a complete compressor/condenser unit. He set us up to change the compressor, sent two very qualified and friendly gentlemen out who had the unit fixed in two hours. He did quote a reasonable price for a new unit. We may consider buying it from them when the weather cools.Great experience.
