I thank Dave and true North for taking care of my problem.
Great company with great employees. Highly recommend.
Once again Axel solved the problem in short order. Very knowledgeable a/c tech and great company. Repair the existing unit, don’t attempt to sell you an unnecessary new unit.
Micah notified us me would arrive 45 minutes before scheduled appointment of 6pm. Based on the sound of what parts were running, he quickly diagnosed that the capacitor had failed and could not supply the required power to the compressor. He showed me the failed part and a new part and gave me a price quote. Within several miutes the system was blowing cold air. Micah explained all the tests he performed and all systems were performing to factory specs. Micah is a very skilled and honest service technician. I recommed him and True North for your A/C service needs.
