Great company, they have fixed multiple components on my ac system. I have had Abel who is a great technician and has been able to properly diagnose and fix right the first time. I also like that they are a bigger company that handles repair work for American home shield. Will recommend to all!!

We had a great experience with Affirmative Air! They came out quickly and gave us options. We ended up replacing our downstairs unit and the install techs were fast, efficient and the customer service was excellent. We’ve used them for about 14 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Abel with Affirmative was fast, super knowledgeable, and friendly. He found the problem in less than 30 minutes and had the replacement done in an hour. A+! Remember folks, it's nearly always the fault of these sleazy "home warranty" companies when things don't go as you expected. They are always trying to find some way not to pay.
