Ehren is so kind and personable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and didn’t blow them off. It ended up proving to be the capacitor that was causing our issues. He was honest in explaining what was happening and how he could fix it. He was very transparent and was able to fix our unit the same day. We ended up purchasing the membership plan and are looking forward to having him back in the future.
I had a great experience with Ehren from Affirmative Air. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue, walked me through what was going on, and had everything fixed without any hassle. It's rare to find a technician who combines real expertise with such a professional, no-nonsense approach.
Had a recent issue with my AC and the team at Affirmative Air took care of everything quickly. They had installed the part earlier this year and stood behind their work by fixing the problem at no cost. The techs were professional, communicative, and got my system running perfectly again. Really appreciate their honesty and customer service—highly recommend them!
