The doctors, including Dr. Bader and Dr. Wilson, are friendly, kind, and professional, making patients feel at ease during visits. The staff is also very friendly and takes the time to address each patient's concerns and needs. The practice is thorough and ensures patients fully understand their health issues. The Patient Portal is also a convenient feature that allows for fast and speedy service. Overall, Desert View Family Medicine offers top-notch patient care.
My family has been with my Dr Ann Marie Padilla for over 20 years and her assistant Jenny. I have had excellent care with them. Pre COVID the office was fully staffed and they were so pleasant. Now is a completely different story. The front staff is extremely rude, one girl in particular.
My family members I get so worked just talking to her scheduling an appointment. Horrible attitude and very cold especially for working in the medical field. I complained to the office manager and nothing has changed. I love my doctor, but I question why do I keep subjecting myself to this? It might be time to find another provider.
I’ve been seeing Ciara Romance for a few years now. She is amazing! I can tell she cares about her patients. She always makes sure I feel comfortable and listens to any questions I have.
Side note: Nina did my bloodwork today. She was super fast and efficient. Usually I get super oozie when I get my bloodwork done, which I made her aware of. She made sure I laid down and made it super quick!!! It was the first time I haven’t been lightheaded after getting my bloodwork done. I could tell this is something she could probably do in her sleep. Amazing!!
I see Ciara Romance, a PA in this practice, she is my PCP. I can't say enough about the high quality of care I receive from Ciara and her team! They are extremely fast sending referrals, calling me with lab or test results, messaging on the patient portal, and recently gathered much needed med samples for me. Ciara is a great listener, empathetic, informative and knowledgeable about all of my health conditions. I highly recommend Ciara Romance and Desert View Family Medicine!
