This is a tough feedback because Dr Lopes was amazing and I totally intend to have him as my primary care doctor, however, my experience with the office itself was beyond appalling.
I had a flat tire and called asking for help and advise. The person who answered the phone said they had a 10 minute grace period.
I rushed over. Got there 11 minutes and the front desk person sent me home.
She mentioned if it ever happens again, to ask to talk to her. I called the number provided, how am I supposed to know i need to speak with this order that person?

Completely unprofessional and look for every way to scam you. I went in for a physical which is covered by insurance and then they billed me for a regular office visit and refused to correct the issue. “Dr” Lopez and this whole organization should be ashamed of themselves
I have been doing optum previously, and fine day they say they are not in network with my insurance, that was in my last visit. So I changed all my insurance so that I could see this particular doctor.,
So I called to make my next visit fir my appointment, and the lady checked with me if iam with the particular insurance, which they only said they cover it previously, and I had changed for my primary physician’s name to be on there as well,I mentioned clearly that yes!
