“I wasn't feeling well and called to let them know not very long before the actual appointment time. We were able to effortlessly and seamlessly switch the appointment to a telehealth one. The technology, etc. was very easy to follow, load, etc. and Dr. Hall and I had a great connection--both virtually and patient/doctor wise! I had been suffering several weeks of horrific headaches. Earlier that day I went to my primary provider (again) and told him I could not take it anymore. As the primary doctor said, he was "calling in" the big guns to the pharmacy. I took them too! I wasn't sure what to expect from a naturopathic appointment, but I thought he might "shame" me for resorting to pain meds. He did not at all! He told me he would always prioritize pain relief and that it was absolutely fine to address that acute issue. That was incredibly reassuring. His exam was so thorough. In fact, by the time the appt was complete he had identified several red flags diet wise that could cause headaches that I could implement immediately and we have a plan for several other labs, etc. to continue to follow up on to identify possible root causes. He was also very in tune with my emotional well being which I very much appreciated because I was honestly at wit's end. I am so pleased to have found him and I look forward to what my future appointments will hold!“

“If I could give this business more than 5 stars I would! For my thoracic back pain I had tried EVERYTHING……physical therapy, massage, heat, Ice, dry needling, cranial-sacral therapy, manual therapy, etc. I was losing all hope that I would never get any relief from the horrible pain I was experiencing due to several disc extrusions & bulges in my thoracic spine. I couldn’t even sit up in a car ride because the pain was so bad. I was referred to a surgeon who told me the only thing that would work to relieve the pain would be fully invasive back surgery. As the surgeon was describing it to me, I literally lost color in my face & was nauseous because of the extreme nature of it. I decided that would be my very last resort! I started researching online to see what else I could try and found that decompression treatment could help alleviate some, if not all of the pain. I was blessed to be led to Spine & Disc Center and I will never believe it was by chance that I found them!
From my very first appointment Dr. Jason was caring, informative, & listened intently to my situation. He suggested I try double deco to pull from the top & bottom to release pressure off of the thoracic area of my spine. I’ll never forget that first double decompression appointment with Dr. Taylor. When I got up off the table I already felt some pain relief but the greatest part was when my husband drove me home, I was able to sit up the whole ride home without pain!! I cried happy tears because it had been months since I could. I’ve been getting decompression treatments for a while now and they have helped me so much! I am moving to a maintenance plan now. My husband & daughter have also received therapy from Dr. Taylor & he was AMAZING with them as well! I’m so grateful for Dr. Taylor and his staff ? They have all been fantastic! As long as I’m in Arizona, I will never go anywhere else!

“Dr. Stouk has literally changed my life! Finding her was the greatest blessing! I was trying to raise little kids while struggling through the symptoms of low thyroid and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
