No Show, No Bid, No Business
Booked a consult online for 7/13 from 8-9 am. Called them at 8:55 and they said their online system did that sometimes. We rescheduled for 7/15 from 8-9 am. Called them at 8:45, said they had a late job and didn't go to bed until 1 am so they were running behind. After three more calls, they finally made it at 12:30 pm. Let them know I needed the bid ASAP as I had a electrician coming on the 7/28. After wasting almost 6 hours of my time, they not only did not give me a quote but waited until 7/24 to send me an impersonal email stating they were unable to do the job. Not only was this experience extremely unprofessional, it was beyond a waste of a time. I don't even recommend calling them.
Reviews
Great company and crew...AAA rating. Dependable service and quality work. I call them for all my home repairs and upgrades.
One of the trucks just almost hit me turning on to Aztec when I had the right away. I was a passenger crossing at the signal when the truck came barling around the corner as I started to cross honking his horn and almost hit me. Other cars stopped to witness as he almost hit me and speed off at around 45 mph in a residential zone.
Unsafe drivers for sure !
