Our AC went out during the first 114’ day here in Mohave Valley. Called Kevin and ask for help. He responded to our home asap from another job. Repaired our system and made sure it was up to his personal standards. Thank goodness for Kevin. Thank you for the fantastic service. I called By Choice on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 because one of our two AC units was not functioning properly. I figured we'd be lucky to get someone to look at it the next week. Kevin answered right away and listened to what the problem was and said "I will be there in 30 minutes!" AND he was - on the dot! He diagnosed and fixed the problem for us and we were back to cooling off the house in under an hour. We asked about replacing the two thermostat units we had with something else and he said no problem, he could do that next week.
