I’ve used River Valley AC on several occasions. They have been outstanding in every aspect. Travis is the best technician in my opinion. He’s always on time, does clean work and is very efficient. He knows his stuff and is very knowledgeable and experienced.
Sunday afternoon the heat in the house changed where I checked the thermostat and outside heat pump and noticed the pump was very hot and not blowing hot warm air in the cycle of operation. I immediately called texted a business no reply it was Sunday. Called River Valley Air Conditioning Inc. spoke to the POC and my concerns were relieved immediately. Mr. Quintana took charge and made the necessary repairs with a part and I can put behind me my concern of waking up last night at 4:30 AM completely wet with sweat in the bed.
Trevor was awesome as usual. He identified the problem quickly and also noticed other items that would potentially fail so we got them fixed while he was up on the roof. Thanks for the professional knowledge and attitude.
