“Dr. Dickinson & Sharae helped me with my bunny. They went over their suggested plan & didn't fault me for wanting to prioritize some diagnostics before others. They had fit me in for a last-minute appointment & were so sweet to my bunny. My questions were answered every step of the way and I never felt stupid for being worried or judged for having a price limit. After x-rays, fluids, & a list of things I could buy to use at home, I left feeling better & my bunny did too. I got a follow-up call the next morning & after following vet instructions for a couple weeks, my bunny is himself again. I so appreciated having somewhere to take my pet where the vet is familiar with rabbits & I feel lucky that they fit me in on such short notice.“

“Can I give more than five stars? I have a vet in the valley I usually take my baby girl to, but we came into a situation I needed a vet up here. Everything happens for a reason... Even if I move back to the valley, the two hour drive back to this clinic is worth it. I love my dog a little too much, I know that and I can recognize that. I was scared for her, although I didn't need to be, and I was torn. They didn't only take care of my pup but me too, lol. They assured me and comforted me. They didn't even rush me out after the check out. They just let me talk about her for a good minute. Made me feel comfortable about our situation. They called me a couple of days later. Made sure she was good. My normal vet doesn't do that, he expects you to update him. Small to intense medical issues I would trust this clinic. And I mean that to the bottom of my heart. My furry little companion is extremely important to me and I would literally put her life in this staffs hand.“
