“This roofing company estimate was $1000 less than the competitors, and quick to schedule! The manager was great to work with. Only negative aspect - the actual roofers didn't seem to know what job they were on. I had to pull up the estimate and point to where the issues were. Communication there could be improved, but the actual job was quick!“

“Polaris roofing replaced our roof a few years ago. It was a pleasure working with them. Since we have small dogs, we decided it would be easier to go out of town, as they replaced our roof. There was always follow up letting us know how things were coming along, as well as photos. Having been in the remodeling & design business a number years, some contractor's are will tell you anything to get the job. If there is a problem they are not always quick to reply. We had been away from our home for several months. I found several leaks due to heavy winter storms. I put a phone call in to JustinThey sent someone immediately out and corrected the problem. “They came in with a good price showed up when they said they would stay until the job is done cleaned up better than it was when they started crew extremely professional, kind awesome always moving and picking up stuff. Hardly took breaks except to drink water and eat lunch, but was back up on that roof instantly there was no loud music at all like other companies usually do they all got together so well I would recommend these guys to everyone and Flagstaff manager owner is a good representation of his workers. “After having water pour in from our ceiling and it falling in after a storm we started calling around to have it appraised for damages. The first company came and took a look and stated we had a leak and best to replace the whole roof(60k). Then we called LCR. Olin came to our house same day and inspected everything. Turned out our roof was fine and needs a minor repair but not what caused our leak. Our AC unit in the ceiling was leaking. He explained what had happened and showed us how to fix it! can't even begin to explain how grateful we are to find an HONEST repair man!!!! We will be using LCR from here on.“

“April 8, 2024. Worked with Austin and Jace to get a quote on a new shower installation. Both reps were very knowledgeable about the product and installation process. Prices were what I would expect to pay for good quality, and also included free mold mitigation. A day after signing the contract, I realized that I needed to make some changes and shorten the term length for financing. Austin got in touch with me and we were able to work out a new financing plan with a lower monthly payment and significantly lower interest. I hope to use DaBella again when I get my windows replaced, and I would definitely recommend them to friends (and strangers). And remember, treat people like human beings. Sales reps are people too, a little bit of respect and kindness can make a huge difference.“
