Okay. More words. I called on a Friday at about 5:30PM and left a voicemail. Bob called me Monday morning. He was at the house midday. Gave me a quote (soooooooo reasonably priced!). Approved the quote and the next day he took care of it.

We weren’t around so he sent pictures. What’s more, he noticed something that wasn’t the way it should be, and brought it to our attention. And it wasn’t an upsell. He just thought we should b aware.
