I chose QTech to replace both furnaces and AC systems in my Flagstaff home. Jason was incredibly patient, addressing all my equipment questions, helping me decide on an optimal configuration that ultimately included a two-stage furnace for downstairs. Plus, QTech's installation team was resilient in coping with a winter snowstorm and attic egress restrictions that necessiated disassembling existing equipment in order to get it out of the attic, and to dissamble new equipment then pass it into the attic for reassembly. We have lived in our home for 22 years the HVAC System was installed when we built the home. 12 years into the life of the system the furnace failed and was replaced. For the entire time we have lived in the home we have struggled with multiple rooms being 8 to 10° cooler than the rest of the home. We finally decided that it was time to replace the entire system. Recently Q Tech give me a quote to replace a LP furnace that has been in our Cabin since the 70's. We only needed a unit to help take the chill off in early morning hours about 4-6 weeks of the year, when we come up from Tucson. Compared to other estimators, I was listened too and the quote was based on our needs and was very reasonable so we selected Q Tech to do the install and scheduled for 24 May.
The Technicians arrived on time and got to work. Installation went smoothly (as far as I could tell) but unfortunately it would not light off and was told the gas valve was failing to open. Since it was Memorial day weekend part would not be available until Tuesday.
