The first time was on a Sunday (try to get anyone else to show up on a Sunday). The second time was to replace a pressure reducing valve. The temperature was in the 30s and they had to dig in the mud shoveling with a trowel by hand to get to the valve. The project took Kenji and Reng about an hour and a half to complete the job.
