“A valve on the supply line to my water heater failed in the closed position, so I had no hot water in mid-December here in Flagstaff where the temps. get pretty low. Replacing the valve was not so easy because of residual water in the lines and the mess of pipes in the vicinity of the valve. So I called Intermountain and was able to speak with a person right away, no easy thing these days. The pleasant lady (Vanessa) was able to arrange a visit from one of her plumbers reasonably soon, given the time of the year, when lots of repair work is called for in this area. On the appointed day, Shawn, the plumber, showed up ready for work. I got along well with him and served as his assistant; the repair was done in reasonable time and the bill was also reasonable. I have finally found a reliable plumbing repair company!“

“Royal Plumbing has helped me twice in the last two months. They have shown up to repair the problem within minutes of my call. The first time was on a Sunday (try to get anyone else to show up on a Sunday). The second time was to replace a pressure reducing valve. The temperature was in the 30s and they had to dig in the mud shoveling with a trowel by hand to get to the valve. The project took Kenji and Reng about an hour and a half to complete the job. They were animals, I've never seen anyone work that fast.“
