“We had an outside gas leak from our 63 yr old house to our meter that was red tagged by the gas company. We got a recommendation to contact Intermountain Plumbing & Mechanical. Left a message and Vanessa returned my call. She was very professional and helpful and arranged for a service call for 3 days later. She actually called 2 days later and said they could make it that day. Daniel and Nate assessed the issue and found multiple leaks in a 5 foot section. Bottom line is we agreed to replace the complete 80+ feet of gas line and work began immediately. They described how the process would play out and willingly answered all our questions. Vanessa was involved in the whole process obtaining the necessary permit for city inspection and let us know what we needed to do to get inspection done and get service restored. The whole process was complete within 3.5 days (Due to the weekend it was 6 days from point of initial contact). We were pleased with the techs in their work and their manner, and with Vanessa in her professional and friendly manner as well. We had an overall positive experience with Intermountain and would recommend them.“

“I almost didn't contact them just because I hate my name haha but I'm so glad I did call them because they were the only company who were helpful. Jim seemed like he genuinely cared and understood what was going on even before he came out, based on my description, and that was consistent throughout the work. He had to rent a tool to handle the situation properly evidently because his broke and was just overall ridiculously diligent in understanding and properly handling the situation from the start. Kind human and much appreciated.My roommate's bathroom was having issues and I'm not knowledgeable about plumbing so glad to have a professional who knows and cares about good quality work and customer service. I can't say enough good things about this company based on this interaction and it was regarding plumbing which isn't something I enjoy talking about, thinking about nor dealing with issues about lol. He was even initially contacting other companies for me to try to get anyone out, since his tool to fix it had broken, which just shows that a company can care more about their customers than about greed. I could tell genuinely that he cared about providing quality and helping people; my kind of people!None of the other companies really were communicative or even called me back by late the next day except for one, Royal, which I'll reviewed separately (not a positive interaction). With all the snow, plus it being so cold the fact that everything was handled with such a good attitude was impressive & appreciated as well.I'd recommend Aspen services without hesitation to anyone. Very professional and helpful.
