Pretty great gym for the price. Yeah it’s usually busy at the peak times, but there’s usually enough equipment that you can figure it out. I’ve never had a bad experience here.
My only wish would be that there were more dumbbells within 2.5 lb increments. That would be pretty sweet. Also a few more machines would be great! It seems like the current amount of cardio equipment is excessive anyhow.
The employees are usually pretty nice, helpful, and don’t come off as annoying lol.

Its ok its a smaller one but has showers/bathrooms lockers and the black card message rooms zero gravity chairs hydro massage red light therapy and tanning, short brown haired woman helped me figure stuff out and didnt make me feel stupid wich was nice, cant remember her name but she was short brunette and had a sparrow tatt if you see her ask her for help she is very nice
In flagstaff for an overland expo. Stopped in for a workout and a shower. This is a great location. Tons of space, multiple rooms, clean lockers and showers. Going back tomorrow!
