North Country HealthCare - Flagstaff (University Ave.) provides a supportive and calm environment for patients. The front desk staff and medical assistants are phenomenal and helpful. Doctors are professional, pleasant, and take the time to answer questions without making patients feel judged. The smaller University location has excellent staff, parking, and minimal wait times. Patients appreciate the high level of care received and feel comfortable and at ease during their visits, including well woman exams and appointments for health concerns.

Melody the secretary is an excellent communicator, she is polite, efficient and took so much wait off my plate by just being kind and helpful by answering my questions! Thank you, I really needed that!

Front desk help was phenomenal & my Dr. made me feel supported & calm & she answered all my questions without feeling judged. I truly recommend going here. All staff & nurses, were a big help & didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or out of place. Thank you.

They will provide good care once you are in … but it took 5 weeks to get in at first. Will usually answer the phone, but not always. Doctors were usually good, but try to avoid student docs if possible.
