It became clear that I needed to replace my 30+ y.o. furnace ASAP so I asked my neighbor, who recently replaced their unit, who they used. She recommended Master Mechanical and gave me contact info for Justin who was super prompt in every reply. We agreed upon a day for him to come look at my existing unit and work up a quote, which was cheaper than a competitor I had already spoken with, and was able to arrange the install the following week. He even texted me the day of the appointment to let me know the installers would be heading my way soon, then met them at my home to make sure they were set up properly to do the job.
