I saw Kira for pelvic floor PT during my pregnancy and postpartum. She was very knowledgeable and up to date on all the current research. I am a runner and staying active was very important to me during pregnancy. Working with Kira allowed me to continue running through out my pregnancy and get strong to begin again postpartum. NAH Entirecare is amazing and I would recommend for all of your physical therapy needs! They have a few physical therapists that specialize in pelvic floor therapy to get your Core and everything strong again after carrying and delivering babies. Easy to schedule, great checkin, my physics therapist Dixie was always on time. The therapy was effective and resolved all the issues I was having and honestly spurred me to continue exercising ever since.
