Mother-in-laws' heater went out Monday night. 18 degrees. Called Boyer Tuesday at 10:30am. 33-year-old furnace was shot. They provided space heaters by 1pm. New furnaced installed and operating 26 hours after initial call. Superior service and very fair price. Thank you guys!
Had our commercial heater go out. They came out on a Friday to try and fix it (unfortunately no parts for our 50 year old unit). Has a new unit ordered, installed and running by the following Tuesday. Don’t see a lot of that sort of urgency from a lot of people/companies these days. 10/10 recommend!
When we needed a new furnace we asked around at work, and the vast majority recommended Boyer. We called them, and they were able to install a new until a few days later. We had one weird problem with noise, and they sent someone out within the hour, who quickly identified and fixed the problem. Furthermore, they called the next day to make sure the problem had been solved to our satisfaction. So, yes, it's been a good experience.
