I don't know if this is the right place to post this, correct me if I'm wrong. The other day I went to spectrum to have my blood drawn...I'm a very hard poke... and skilled phlebotomists have had to take like 45 minutes and a million pokes to draw blood or place an IV... anyways... I went in expecting it to be trouble. Mallorie (I believe that was her name) from sonora quest, was my tech, and she drew my blood FIRST TRY! One poke! And she was beyond kind! If I could give her an award, I would! I've never had a blood draw go so well. I know that sounds dumb...but if youre like me...and your veins are deep...and blood draws end up hurting....you'd understand! SO THANK YOU...read full review
I have been using the services of Spectrum Heathcare since February 2023. I have been blessed to have gotten a great Psychiatric NP. She got me on a regiment of meds that have changed my life. She moved on and her replacement sucked. Spectrum figured that out in the first 2 months and I now have an actual Psychiatrist whom I have met once but hopefully she is as good as I hope.
I also have by weekly visits with a therapist that I find she is wonderful.
I have recievd exalent care and am glad I stumbled across them when I did.
Very professional. Made me feel comfortable without any judgement. Gave me every resource I've been needing then going above and beyond suggesting more resources to help with my situation. Thank you Britnee Kardiban it was a pleasure to have met you.
