I was transported from Winslow Hospital to verde Valley Medical Center. I received outstanding care . My nurses Tasha and AJ were wonderful, their care , knowledge , and attention to my needs was above my expectations. The Doctors monitored my condition and ordered what medications I needed, my discharge nurse and follow up nurse made sure I understood my meds and that I follow up with my Doctors in Florida. My mom recently had her knee replaced at VVMC. I can’t express my gratitude for the kind and professional nursing staff. Additionally, the entire support staff from housekeeping to admissions was outstanding. The hospital is facilities are clean, modern, and well maintained. The cafeteria has a variety of hot entrees, pizza, sandwiches, and a salad bar. Without reservation I can recommend this hospital.
Over the past two weeks, my husband has twice experienced excellent treatment by the professionals and staff at Verde Valley Medical Center. Because of the complex issues requiring treatment, we interacted with doctors, nurses, techs, OC & physical therapists, surgeons, and support staff. Every professional we saw provided excellent advice, counsel and his treatment needed in a timely manner. This isn’t always easy when the staff may be stretched thin. VMCC is connected with specialists when needed through telemedicine. The staff was always positive, courteous and kind. We always got thorough and in-depth answers to all our questions.
