“My AC went out Thursday night, and Nazair was able to come out the very next day. Travis was my technician, and I honestly can't say enough good things about him. He was one of the hardest-working and most empathetic people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He genuinely cared and tried everything he could to get our AC back up and running, but unfortunately, we needed a blower motor.
Since we were heading into record temperatures over the weekend, they left us with a portable AC to help keep us as comfortable as possible. They also got the part ordered right away, and it’s being installed today.
I also want to give a huge shoutout to Anna. I know I probably drove her a little crazy calling for updates, but she was always patient, understanding, and empathetic with me. Being a dispatcher is such a thankless job, and she deserves so much credit. I was a dispatcher myself for five years, so I know firsthand how stressful that job can be!
Nazair truly has employees who care about their customers and aren't just focused on making a sale. That is such a rare thing to find these days, especially in this town.
